1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work
This training course ensures you feel confident enough to deal with any life-threatening first aid emergency. The course is designed for those working in a low risk environment, is the appointed first aider or for the general public wishing to gain a new skill. This course prepares individuals to provide first aid treatment in emergency, when a person injures themselves or falls ill. This training course meets the standards required to help comply with health and safety first aid regulations. Upon completion of this course you will receive an industry recognised certificate that is valid for 3 years.

3 Day First Aid at Work
(blended option avalible)
This course is designed for those who work in a higher risk environment, to train candidates in the ways to treat colleagues who have been injured or fallen ill in the workplace. The course also looks at how to assist casualties who are experiencing a heart attack, stroke, severe allergic reaction, asthma attack and much more. This training course meets the standards required to help comply with health and safety first aid regulations. A 3 year industry recognised certificate will be given upon completion of the course. You can now choose the blended option too. 1 day online training and two days face to face.

2 Day Paediatric & Early Years First Aid
(blended option avalible)
The Paediatric course is OFSTED approved and meets the Early Years and childcare register requirements. The course covers unconsciousness, CPR, choking, bleeding and more. The aim of this course is to learn how to care for a child who may have become sick or injured. You can now choose the blended option too. 1 day online training and 1 day face to face. Upon completion of this course you will receive an industry recognised certificate that is valid for 3 years.

2 Day First Aid at Work Refresher
The First Aid at Work re-qualification training course is an approved 2 day course. The course will provide students with in-depth skills and information on how to care and provide treatment for a person who has become ill or injured at work. Delegate must be in possession of a First Aid at Work qualification, if this certificate has expired you are no longer considered to be a qualified First Aider. This course is designed to refresh delegates knowledge.
Upon completion of this course you will receive an industry recognised certificate that is valid for 3 years.

3 Hour Basic Life Support
Basic Life Support First Aid is a 3 hour concise training programme that focuses on initial, time critical care for life threatening situations. The course covers: Importance of self-protection and use of barriers, chain of survival, primary Survey, unconscious casualties & recovery position, adult CPR, AED Training, dealing with choking and bleeding control. Upon completion of this course you will receive an industry recognised certificate that is valid for 3 years.

Emergency First Aid for Schools
This course focuses on emergency care for schools and includes CPR for adults and children. Delegates will also learn other emergency skills to provide the best first aid care should someone need it. The First Aid for Schools course is designed to meet the Health and safety first aid regulations and covers specific additional subjects relevant to an educational setting. Upon completion of this course you will receive an industry recognised certificate that is valid for 3 years.

Student First Aid
This session is designed for students to learn life saving skills in a fun and practical 1 hour session. The students will learn who to call in an emergency, when to get help, how to put an unconscious person into the recovery position, effective CPR, use of an AED and how to help someone who is severely choking. This session can also be tailored to your specific requirements and content can be included or taken out. This training is not certificated.

Baby & Child First Aid
A relaxed and inclusive 2 hour session to learn vital skills surrounding paediatric first aid. You will learn, CPR, choking, recovery positions, head bumps, seizures and burns. This session is aimed to give you the confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency. We welcome parents, grandparents, carers and anyone who would like to gain some peace of mind when caring for babies and children. This training is not certificated.

CPR & AED Refresher
A 1 hour concise session aimed at gaining vital skills surrounding CPR and use of an AED. This is a practical session, designed for those wanting to refresh their skills or gain new skills, to feel prepared should the worst happen. It will be focused around the primary survey ‘DRABC’ so you are able to safely assess someone and begin effective CPR. This training is not certificated.
